ChinaTea News: The reporter learned from Zhuxi County that, after a year of intensive construction, Hubei Meizigong Group's first phase investment of 58 million yuan and annual output of 500 tons of tea extract production line has been completed and entered the equipment commissioning stage, and will soon be put into production.
In recent years, with the implementation of Zhuxi County's strategy of "industry agriculture docking", the "chain" of the tea industry in the whole county has gradually expanded, and the production scale and benefits of tea micro powder and tea polyphenols of Meizigong Tea Industry Group are growing. At the beginning of last year, the Group decided to expand its production scale and build another tea extract production line. The project was strongly supported by the county party committee and the county government, was included in the "60 key implementation projects" of the county in that year for key promotion, and a county leader and a unit directly under the county were specified to coordinate services.
According to the person in charge of the group, the production line is an advanced equipment in the province. The total investment of the project is 128 million yuan. The tea extract production line introduced with an initial investment of 58 million yuan is expected to be formally put into operation in May this year. After the project is put into operation, the annual output will reach 500 tons, and the sales revenue will reach 250 million yuan.
This production line adopts new technologies, new processes and new equipment in China. It is the first tea in-depth development production line in Hubei, and is used for the extraction of tea polyphenols, theanine, theaflavin, catechin and EGCG. From fresh leaf raw materials to drying, crushing, pre-treatment, extraction, sterilization to packaging and warehousing, the whole operation process realizes clean and automatic operation, and its production technology is advanced and mature. The completion of the production line will fill the gap in Hubei's tea intensive processing and promote the rapid development of Hubei's tea industry in the direction of intensive processing.
